  • HOW DO I DO SEARCH FOR A SHORT-TERM RENTAL
    You can search by location in the sub menu of Rentals and you can use our Search Engine that will show the results based on number of Beds, Bathrooms and Price among others. If you don't find a Villa that matches your requirements you can contact us to see other available Villas with your demands
  • HOW DO I DO A BOOKING
    Bookings are done after contacting us by Email or by Phone. Once we have found the perfect match with your requirements and availability we will send you instructions for the deposit and payment. - Request availabilty : First we will confirm with our team of reservations to confirm if the property that you are interested is avialable. - Request to hold: To be able to have a property on hold we ask for a deposit of 30% of the entire rental price of the home in question. If finally you choose another Villa in our website with the same price no aditional aumount would be nedeed. In the case it has a higher price we would ask you for the difference to fullfill the hold.
  • WHAT IS A HOLD REQUEST
    When placing a hold request on the Apartment or Villa stops other potential guests from being able to book during that same period of time your option.
  • HOW LONG CAN I HOLD A PROPERTY FOR
    One you have your property on hold the Villa will be held for you during a period of 2 weeks until the total payment has been done.
  • WHAT IS BITPAY
    Bitpay works by allowing customers to pay with Bitcoin. You pay the invoice to Bitpay at a locked-in exchange rate. After this, Bitpay uses modern technology to convert the Bitcoin into fiat whilst shielding the customer from any volatility risks.
  • WHO WILL BE TO MEET ME WHEN I GO TO MY VILLA
    Upon arrival at your home you will be greated by one of our local Ambassdors, who knows the property and the neighborhood. All of our Ambassadors will help you in getting everything settled in your new home and take you through a simple check-in process. If you have any doubt or question during your stay we will be able available to asist you in anything you need.
  • WHAT TIME CAN I CHECK IN
    Our Check- in time is between 15:00 and 22:00. Before your arrival we kindly ask you to notify us with an estimated time of arrival. Once in Ibiza, if you haven't coordinated a pick up with us, we appreciate for guests to contact their designated Ambassador at arrival at the airport o port in order to coordinate an exact time of check-in.
  • WILL I BE ASKED TO SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS UPON ARRIVAL
    There are 2 documents that we will require you to sign when you arrive at the time of your check-in. - Before signing the rental contract we ask for guests to go through out the property to detail any issue or damages observed in the property. - The reservation contract
  • WHAT DOCUMENTATION MUST I BRING TO CHECK IN
    You will need to bring a valid photografic ID; passport or identity card
  • WHO CAN RECOMMEND ME WHAT TO DO IN IBIZA
    Our locall Ambassador will be happy to asist you with tips on how to get the most out of your stay during the check-in. You can also book a concierge with Bithome Ibiza that will help you with anything you need during your stay. From restaurant reservations, yacht rentals, best tables at any of the famous clubs or just even different experiences that this wonderfull island has to give for a perfect holiday.
  • WHO WILL MEET ME AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT
    One of our Ambassadors will go through the Check-out to make sure everything has been perfect during your stay.
  • WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO CHECK OUT
    We nornally ask guest to check-out before 12:00. You can also request at least 48 hours in advance a late check out if there is no other guests thar same day of the departure. Each owner of Villa has different policys so there can be a little extra fee that would be notified once requested.
  • CAN I DO A LATE CHECK OUT

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK
    The return of your deposit can be between 5 to 7 days depending on thow its been done. If the deposit has been in chash we will need a complete bank account in order for the refund.
  • HOW WILL I KNOW IF THERE HAVE BEEN DEDUCTIONS FROM MY DEPOSIT
    After the full inspection of the Villa or Apartment by our Ambassador you will be contacted with photos of any damage that has been done detailing any deductions.
